Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Slam Wager. Here's exactly how billing, cancellations, and refunds work.

Free Trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access. No card is charged during the trial. If you don't subscribe, your access ends automatically — no charge, no action required.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel any time from the Billing link in your dashboard.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
  • You will not be charged again after the period ends.
  • No early-termination fees.

Refunds — General Rule

Because the Service delivers daily picks and the value is consumed as soon as picks are released, we do not provide refunds for partially-used billing periods, whether monthly or annual.

Refund Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charge — billed twice for the same period.
  • Billed after cancellation — your cancellation was confirmed but you were charged again.
  • Unauthorized charge — someone subscribed using your card without your permission (we may ask for a police report or signed affidavit).
  • Extended service outage — if the Service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our fault, we will pro-rate a refund for the outage period.
  • Statutory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction (e.g. EU 14-day cooling-off period, where applicable and not waived by use of the Service).

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are discounted in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 7 days of the term, except in the exception cases listed above. You can still cancel at any time to prevent renewal at the end of the year.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@slamwager.com from the email address on your account. Include:

  • The date of the charge
  • The amount
  • The reason for your request

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We can almost always resolve billing issues directly, and chargebacks cost both of us time and money. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks will be terminated.
