Terms of Service — Slam Wager

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By creating an account or using Slam Wager (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where sports wagering and the use of paid sports analysis services is legal. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction.

2. The Service is Entertainment Only

Slam Wager provides opinions, analysis, and AI-generated picks about sporting events for entertainment and informational purposes only. We are not:

A licensed sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator
A licensed financial advisor or investment service
An operator of any betting platform

We do not accept wagers, hold funds for wagering, or facilitate gambling transactions of any kind.

3. No Guarantees

Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No pick, confidence rating, or historical record on the Service constitutes a guarantee of any outcome. You assume all risk of any wagers you choose to place with third-party sportsbooks based on information from the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers; changes take effect on your next renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Share, resell, scrape, or redistribute picks or content from the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Use the Service if you are under 21 or in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited
Use automated tools to access the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLAM WAGER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST WAGERS, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY WAGERS YOU PLACE BASED ON CONTENT FROM THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slam Wager from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your wagering activity, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
